Lupos Global has a requirement for a Project Manager (Helicopters) to be based near Oxford or Shawbury, UK.

This is for Permanent position and to work on a brand new contract.

 

Our client is the largest Helicopter Manufacturer and offers bespoke completions, maintenance and spares support for both Civil and Military sectors.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

· Management of all aspects of the project to ensure that deadlines and targets are successfully achieved.

· Taking responsibly for the day to day running of the project to ensure that delivery is as per the contract in terms of scope, quality, time and budget.

· Working with the customers to ensure the project satisfies their requirements so that they will act as a refence site after project closer.

· Manage and facilitate the successful delivery of assigned projects including managing customer expectations and controlling project scope.

· Customer interfacing.

· Internal stakeholder management.

· Schedule creation and management.

· Offer creation and management.

 

The post holder would ideally have the following Knowledge and Skills:

· Communication skills

· Multi work package benefit realisation

· Primavera P6 (Desirable)

· Active risk Manager (Desirable)

· Engineering Project Management experience (Desirable)

 

The post holder will have the following Education, Qualifications or Training:

· STEM Degree

· Engineering Project Management experience (Desirable)

 

The post holder should have the following Experience:

· Delivery of projects in the £5M + category

· 5-10 years’ experience in Defence or similar public service industry (Desirable)

· Direct experience with Defence Equipment and Support delivery (Desirable)

 

Travel:

Some travel between Oxford and Bristol

 

Full time position:

Monday to Friday -Flexible working. 3 days a week must be in the office.
