Lupos Global has a requirement for an Avionics Fitter - Helicopters for our client based in Oxford.
Our client is the largest Helicopter Manufacturer and offers bespoke completions, maintenance and spares support for both Civil and Military sectors.
This role will be to assist our client’s current workload and support towards their Brunei and Cyprus projects and other key projects.
Job Description:
To maintain the safety and airworthiness and helicopters within the Installations department whilst being customised and maintained.
Accomplishment of work for the Installation Supervisor or Certifying Engineer.
Work to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.
Manufacture electrical looms and avionics systems in accordance with design data
Conduct off-aircraft work in workshops as required.
Will also be required to assist in day to day running of the hangar, including aircraft movements and general housekeeping.
Flexible working attitude to deal with the changing priorities within the department.
This a certifying role reporting to the Installation and Production Manager
Ensure that good practices of H&S are maintained and that appropriate PPE for each task is being used.
Remove and refit panels and cowlings to helicopters and equipment.
Work closely with the design office.
Carry out repairs to aircraft wiring looms and avionics systems

Start date 29th September 2025
Based at Oxford Airport
3 Month Contract - (likely to continue and to be extended)
Line/Base Maintenance
Monday-Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 – 40 hours per Week
Competitive Hourly Rate and Falls under IR35
Experience Required:
Completed a formal aviation apprenticeship or related discipline.
Experience of working on Airbus Helicopters
Must have the right to work in the UK
Driving license
