Lupos Global has a requirement for a Commercial Director in Dubai, UAE.

 

Main Duties

  • Overseeing and coordinating the work across all commercial teams within their disciplines
  • Developing commercial strategy in order to grow the business
  • Regular reporting to Management Board
  • Leading the weekly internal meetings of the Commercial Department with relevant heads of each discipline and preparing the report to the Management
  • Interpreting market trends
  • Streamlining lead generation processes, close coordination with Sales Teams
  • Analysing opportunities for growth on client side and supplier side within all disciplines
  • Making commercial recommendations to the Management
  • Setting and delivering the company plan alongside other Managers within the Team
  • Handling a variety of projects for the business and overseeing project management

· Managing complete tender process and gathering all necessary information and supporting documents (offer letter, bid offer, payment terms, supporting documents)

 

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in commercial / sales / business development aviation
  • Bilingual (fluency in English is essential)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Strategic mindset with a creative freedom to develop the team and the prospects of the business
  • Experience with leading a team
  • Commercial and market awareness as well as strong business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiator
  • A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects
  • Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality
  • Honest and trustworthy
