Lupos Global has a requirement for a Duty Maintenance Manager based in Heathrow.

Main responsibilities;

•  Leading the maintrol (MCC) and Line Engineer (LAE) teams; including team management, managing shift patterns and ensuring that maintenance activity is suitable represented.
• When required to act as the on-site representative for off-site maintenance activity.
• Coordinate required maintenance for AOG recovery, including on site as appropriate. 
• To coordinate and manage contracted maintenance activities; including review of tenders and contracts for Technical Director approval, developing relationships with suppliers, managing invoices for payment etc. 
• Ensuring that the requirements of procedures, EASA Part M and Part 145 are met within the roles sphere of influence and developing procedures and processes as required. 
• As part of the management team, assisting with the review and negotiating line and base maintenance support contracts.
• Monitoring the performance of maintenance providers and providing feedback to the management team, including the investigation of incidents and events. 

Experience and qualifications required

• Working knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance management
• Experience in negotiation of maintenance contracts
• Experience of EASA Part M and Part 145 requirements
• Line maintenance experience
• Experience in the oversight of maintenance checks.
