Lupos Global has requirements for Entry Level Aircraft Painters (NO EXERIENCE REQUIRED) for Long Term contract positions based at Kaunas Airport in Lithuania. Starting August and September 2025.

Our client provides world-class aircraft painting services to OEMs, airlines, leasing companies and MRO operators globally and has done for over 40 years. 

These Entry Level Aircraft Painter positions with our client will suit honest individuals with focus and determination who would be working in the field and as part of a team.

Role Summary:
As an Entry Level Aircraft Painter you will be an essential member of a paint team, working in shifts to ensure high-quality paint application on commercial aircraft.
Under the guidance of experienced team leaders and coordinators you will play a hands-on role in the full painting process, including surface preparation, masking, sanding, washing, and eventually primer and base coat application.

Position details:

• Start dates in August and September 2025

• Location Kaunas Airport in Lithuania - Opportunities to work also in other locations in Europe too

• Permanent Contract Positions

• Shift Pattern and Working Hours - 30 days on 10 days off. Working 6 days on 1 day off. Weekly working hours 50 +

Experience Required:

• No previous painting experience required

• Ideally general production experience and a strong work ethic

• Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

• Self-starter with a desire to grow

• Eager to learn a skilled trade

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard

• Team-oriented and coachable

• Looking to build a long-term career in a specialist field

• Must speak Basic English or Polish

• Must have the right to work in EU
