Lupos Global has a new position of Private Jet Charter Broker for our bespoke luxury Charter Broker client based at Gatwick.  This is a Permanent position.

Our client is offering a confident and competent individual the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding air charter brokerage, specialising in private and commercial jet charter. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual with a proven ability to generate sales, who is looking to further develop their career within an exciting and vibrant team, with an opportunity to grow and thrive within the air charter industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, establishing, building and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
  • Creating quotes.
  • Aftersales including but not limited to, flight set up, complimentary services, flight watching, requesting feedback etc.
  • Building long term relationships with both clients and suppliers.
  • Writing copy for mailings/blogs.
  • Attending client meetings.
Key Skills
  • Previous experience within aircraft charter.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Proactive with your work, thinking outside the box to complete tasks and address any issues which may arise.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Hours: Structured shift pattern - TBA (Flexibility to suit the business needs is required, including out of hours work - appropriate time/days off in lieu substituted in these circumstances).
There will be some flexibility with Working from Home.
