Lupos Global has a requirement for a UK CAA or EASA B1.3 AW139 Type Rated Engineer to be based in the UAE.

Our client provides Aviation offshore oil support and other services worldwide.
Summary of position: The AW139 Engineer will lead the Engineering Services, Reliability, and Projects Departments, managing a team of Type Engineers, Reliability Engineers, and Project Engineers. This pivotal role reports directly to the CAM and carries full responsibility for the oversight, coordination, and delivery of type-specific engineering support, fleet reliability analysis, and project execution across our clients’ operations.

Qualifications & Experience: UK CAA or EASA Licensed B1.3 Aircraft Engineer AW139 Type Rating Minimum 5 years’ experience on AW139 in line and/or base maintenance Prior experience within a CAMO environment or in a supervisory engineering role Proven track record in project management, with strong proficiency in MS Office and CAMO/MRO software solutions
Excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical skills
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams
